If you’ve received a FiberCity Self-Install Kit, follow these easy instructions to set up your home internet without technician assistance.
Connect ONT & Router
Plug in the ONT and use the provided Ethernet cable to connect to your router’s WAN port.
Power Up
Turn on both devices. Wait 2–3 minutes for LED indicators to show stable connection.
Connect to Wi-Fi
Use the default SSID and password on your router label to connect from your device.
